Dynamic Building and Energy Solutions is an Energize CT Authorized Contractor
Energize CT, in partnership with Eversource Energy, The United Illuminating Company, Connecticut Natural Gas and Southern Connecticut Gas, support the Home Energy Solutions (HES) program. Dynamic Building & Energy Solutions through the HES program provides you, the homeowner or renter, with an energy assessment.
We visit your home and make on-the-spot improvements, including caulking and sealing of critical air leaks and provides exclusive money-saving rebates on appliances, heating and cooling systems and more. The HES program allows homeowners to take advantage of $700 to $1500 worth of energy saving improvements for Free.
• All single family and multi-family homes are eligible to participate in the Home Energy Solutions program.
Health and safety check (carbon monoxide levels, moisture, and indoor air quality problems).
Overall comfort level check (cold/hot spots, indoor air quality stuffiness/stale odors).
A blower-door test, which pinpoints critical drafts and air leaks in the building envelope.
A duct test, which will assess air leaks within your home's ductwork system.
Professional sealing of any identified air leaks.
Hot-water saving measures, including the installation of low-flow showerheads, faucet aerators, and hot water pipe insulation.
A "kitchen table wrap-up," where the technician will review the work that was done in your home and tell you about additional resources that can help you save energy and money.
